Product Description

Crane (also known as overhead crane) is the main equipment for heavy industry hoisting, the
number of large, busy work, and cross between the collision accident prone to the enterprise's
personnel and material damage is a great pain point.
Overhead crane anti-collision device is developed by our company in combination with a
large number of on-site cases of overhead crane. It is an ideal protection device for overhead crane.
The series anti-collision controller device has strong anti-interference, accurate positioning and
ranging, stable and reliable work. It is specially designed and developed for the application of
distance measurement and position control in related industries such as metallurgy.
This device uses laser ranging sensor to carry out real-time monitoring of the distance
between overhead cranes of the same span. If the distance between cranes of the same span is less
than the set safe distance, the device outputs a relay contact signal to control the operation of
(overhead) cranes, so as to effectively avoid collision accidents and ensure the safety of people and
equipment. The system is easy to install and debug and can significantly improve the safe operation
ability of driving.
 
The product consists of the following parts:
1.The controller (host) shown in the figure:
The main function of the controller is self - check function when power on, process and calculate
the signal received by laser sensor,make corresponding electromechanical actions according to the
distance detected (voice alarm and PLC control) according to the detected distance.It can set two
distances arbitrarily in the range of 0.5-35m as deceleration and stopping.Installed in the driver's
cab or in the electric room beam,it has alarm and voice prompt and other functions.
 
2.Laser range sensor shown in the picture
The laser range sensor is installed on both sides of the mobile device, and its function is to
illuminate the laser beam to the opposite side of the train or reflector plate, and receive the reflected
light reflected by the reflected signal. Provided to the controller, through the controller calculation
processing, calculate the distance between the crowbar and the object to be measured.
Features of laser sensor: strong penetration is not affected by light and dust, anti-interference signal
is stable, high precision error.
 
3.The function of the reflector is to reflect the laser beam with minimal loss(Optional)
The product is a bidirectional laser sensor with a detection distance of 30 meters (or the user can
specify the distance). 15 meters, 10 meters, 5 meters, start the voice alarm: and there are two way
relay output, can participate in the automatic control of overhead crane.

Installation
1. The laser sensor is installed on both sides of the crane, and the controller host is installed in the
driving room.
2. The reflector plate (fixed by magnetic disk) is installed on the object to prevent collision and is in
a straight line with the optical axis of the laser sensor. (may not be used)
5. Run the overhead crane and test host self-check, and confirm that the controller and power box
(including laser sensor) work normally.
6. According to the site environment, the lens and reflector should be cleaned regularly.
