Photoelectric yarn sensor is a kind of high precision, non-contact photoelectric weft sensor, which is suitable for winding drum, twisting thread, yarn blending and fiber deformation. Photoelectric yarn sensor is a kind of easy to use, simple installation of broken wire sensor.
Basical functions:
The photoelectric weft sensor can detect the running (linear, reciprocating and circular) of various kinds of spinning on the spinning machine. When the spinning stops or breaks, the photoelectric type can inform the automatic control system of the spinning machine in time. According to the actual situation (by the type of the spinning machine).
The weft sensor can directly drive the automatic yarn cutter connected with itself to cut off the weft at the corresponding position. Control signal can also be sent to automatically stop the corresponding spinning machine working position.
In the alarm state, the photoelectric type is used to warn the field operator with the flashing signal of the led.
Opreating principle:
The photoelectric yarn sensor detection head can measure the operation of the spinning in the infrared beam, and judge the working condition of the spinning according to the variation of the voltage caused by the displacement.
The measurement accuracy of photoelectric yarn sensor will be reduced due to the interference of external light source and other adverse working environment.
The photoelectric yarn sensor has high detection capability, and can detect the yarn weft of 0.02mm.
